1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MyQrio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including medical students, doctors, and other healthcare professionals who create an account or use any part of the service.
2. Service Description
MyQrio provides tools to help healthcare professionals manage and share their credentials, including:
- Credential storage — secure upload and organisation of certificates and documents.
- Verification timeline — a chronological record of your education, training, and professional history.
- QR sharing — a shareable QR code linking to your public profile.
- Clinical logbook — Qrio Rounds for daily case logging and learning notes.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all credentials, documents, and information you upload or enter on MyQrio. You must ensure that any documents you store are genuine and belong to you. Misrepresenting your qualifications or professional history may have legal consequences under applicable Indian law.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use MyQrio to:
- Upload fake, forged, altered, or fraudulent documents or certificates.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
- Use the platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with particular emphasis on uploading fraudulent or forged credentials. You may delete your own account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
MyQrio stores and displays user-provided documents and credential information. We do not independently verify, certify, or authenticate the genuineness of uploaded documents. Verification badges and profile indicators on MyQrio mean that documents have been uploaded by the user — they do not constitute government authentication, legal certification, or endorsement by any medical council, university, or regulatory body. MyQrio is provided "as is" and we are not liable for decisions made by third parties based on information displayed on user profiles.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of MyQrio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
